Very Peri, just elected Color of the Year 2022 by Pantone, is a bright shade of periwinkle blue, with a hint of red. A strongly symbolic color that mixes the calm of blue with the energy of red: the result is a particularly warm and innovative shade of blue, which symbolizes vitality charge but also positivity and creativity. And as always, the color chosen by Pantone will influence fashion, beauty and design for the coming months. Therefore the shade of the year will also be protagonist in the kitchen and Officine Gullo will be able to realize its cooking ranges by painting their structure with the new shade and combining it with 8 different metal finishes, from burnished brass to gunmetal, offering new stylistic solutions to stimulate the creativity of each designer. OG Professional - Very Peri
The OG Professional range cookers demonstrate advanced cooking technology within the iconic Officine Gullo design. Crafted using steel plating and refine with solid brass finishes, the technological core of this range boasts a set of burners which operate up to 10kW in power, spacious multifunction and ventilated stainless steel ovens, and a range of professional cooking additions derived straight from haute cuisine. These ranges are all designed so that high-performance burner can be configured alongside additional cooking elements, such as smooth or grooved fry top, coup de feu, maxi-wok burners, electric grills, pasta cookers and fryers. Additional finishes include a washbasin and faucets, or even a neutral high-thickness steel work counter. Underneath the cooking surface professional ovens can be switched in with practical container units or drawers. Clients can also have a completely bespoke configuration for their tailor made professional range cooker with op-tions for professional appliances available depending on the home chef’s preference.
Fiorentina - Very Peri
The Fiorentina range cooker collection is inspired by Tuscany: its culture, landscape and traditions of metalworking. The high-performance burners installed in the Fiorentina cooking appli-ances have sensitive heat control through five combinations and equal configurations, for almost unlimited control. The Fiorentina range cookers are available with gas, duel fuel and induction hobs with professional ovens.
Restart - Very Peri
The Restart range cooker collection is modelled on an original collection developed by founder, Carmelo Gullo for residential kitchens in the Tuscan metalworking tradition in the 1980s. It was replaced by a professional cooking-line for home use but has been re-introduced due to growing demand for an entry level product with a purely domestic function. Restart cooking ranges can be used with timber, metal or freestanding kitchens, they are a freestanding product that can stand alone within the kitchen or be designed to integrate with an existing or new kitchen.
